These Terms govern access to and use of TPGUltra. By using the app or related website, you agree to these rules and to the product’s informational and educational scope.

By downloading, accessing, or using TPGUltra, you agree to these Terms of Service and any related policies published by TPGUltra. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Product scope

TPGUltra provides market tracking, paper trading, investor education, watchlists, research context, and related informational tools. TPGUltra does not offer brokerage services, portfolio management, or individualized investment advice.

All paper trading activity is simulated and uses virtual cash only. Results shown in the app do not represent actual returns.

3. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information where required.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials and devices.
  • Use the service lawfully and without interfering with the platform, data integrity, or other users.
  • Evaluate any market information independently before making real-world decisions.

4. Restrictions

  • You may not use TPGUltra to attempt unauthorized access, scraping, abusive automation, or disruption of the service.
  • You may not misrepresent simulated results as actual investment performance.
  • You may not reproduce or redistribute protected content except as permitted by law or written authorization.

TPGUltra is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable at times. Users remain responsible for their own research and decisions.

To the extent permitted by law, TPGUltra and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made using app content or simulated results.

Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if use violates these Terms, creates security concerns, or harms the platform or other users.

TPGUltra may update features, content, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
