KINVSECPRO provides an English-language market education workspace with watchlists, delayed market snapshots, source-labeled headlines, symbol detail review, paper trading tools, risk sizing calculators, market indicators, event notes, and investing glossary lessons. KINVSECPRO does not offer brokerage services, portfolio management, or individualized investment advice.

All paper trading activity is simulated and uses virtual cash only. Results shown in the app do not represent actual returns.

3. User responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account information where required.
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials and devices.
  • Use the service lawfully and without interfering with the platform, data integrity, or other users.
  • Evaluate any market information independently before making real-world decisions.
  • Understand that headlines, delayed snapshots, indicators, and glossary lessons are educational references, not recommendations.

4. Restrictions

  • You may not use KINVSECPRO to attempt unauthorized access, scraping, abusive automation, or disruption of the service.
  • You may not misrepresent simulated results as actual investment performance.

Market snapshots, RSS headlines, indicators, and other content may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable at times. If network content is unavailable, local educational content and in-memory cache may be used, but users remain responsible for their own research and decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KINVSECPRO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made using app content or simulated results.

7. Suspension and termination
